Serving the community since 1989
What we do
Founded in 1989, HUB is a Buffalo-based nonprofit organization that provides integrated care and social services to underserved and vulnerable populations across the Western New York Region. From our early days to the present, our mission and our purpose has remained the same: To Serve Our Community.
Housing
We build and manage Affordable & Supportive Housing, and operate a Rapid Re-Housing program to serve homeless families.
Social Services
We operate robust programming for older adults, preventive youth & family services, as well as domestic violence programs.
Health Services
We provide integrated mental health and substance use treatment, and also offer care coordination through Health Homes.
Nutrition
Our food distribution efforts and emergency pantry serve vulnerable families in the Buffalo area who are struggling with food insecurity.
We are an affiliate of Acacia Network
Acacia is a premier Latino-led organization serving over 150,000 individuals annually through integrated health, housing, social services, economic development, and cultural revitalization programs. Our affiliates in the Upstate New York Region reach 20,000+ individuals annually.
